[Eusebius, Praeparatio Evangelica]

Read fifteen books of the Praeparatio Evangelicaof Eusebius, in which he refutes the foolish doctrines of the gentiles, and shows that they were always contradictory. At the beginning and end of the fifteenth book he mentions another treatise, the Demonstratio Evangelica,which follows the Praeparatio.His object in these works is to refute the errors of the gentiles, and to confirm the preaching of the Gospel.
