Archbishop Platon (Porfiry Fyodorovich Rozhdestvensky, 1866–1934) was a Russian Orthodox hierarch who served as Archbishop of the Aleutians and North America (1907–1914) and later, after the Russian Revolution, as Metropolitan of All America and Canada, a leading figure in the early history of the Orthodox Church in America.

Born in the Kursk province and educated at the Kiev Theological Academy, he came to the United States in 1907 to head the North American mission, where he knew and esteemed St Alexis Toth, at whose grave he delivered the funeral oration reproduced here. He reposed in New York in 1934.
