107. The Lord Travels Through Galilee and Again Speaks of His Death and Resurrection. Mt. 17:22–23; Mk. 9:30–32; Lk. 9:45, 46
Going out from there, the Lord and His disciples passed through Galilee; and He did not wish that anyone should know it. For during this time while they were in Galilee, He was teaching His disciples again and telling them: The Son of Man will be delivered into the hands of men, and they will kill Him, and after He is killed, on the third day He will rise.
But they did not understand this saying, and it was hidden from them, so that they did not comprehend it and did not understand it; and they were afraid to ask the Lord about it. And they were deeply grieved.
In this journey they were making their way toward Capernaum.
Then the thought came to them as to who among them would be greatest; and they began to reason about this, but came to no conclusion.
