53. Healings Upon Descending From the Mountain. Lk. 6:17–19; Mt. 4:24

Coming down with them to a level place, the Lord stood on a plain, and a great crowd of His disciples and a great multitude of people from all Judea and Jerusalem and the coastal regions of Tyre and Sidon, who came to hear Him and to be healed from their diseases, and those troubled by unclean spirits were healed. And all the people sought to touch Him, for power went out from Him and healed them all. For a report about Him had spread to all Syria; and they brought to Him all who were sick, afflicted with various diseases and torments, the demon-possessed, and epileptics, and the paralyzed, and He healed them.
