Labor in Prayer

Labor in prayer. It is a source of consolation, enlightenment of thoughts, and the establishment of a good character.

Prefer nothing to prayer. Never oppose the movements of prayer nor prefer anything to it; rather, always be ready to offer everything to it in sacrifice. For it is a queen. And its point of support is a contrite spirit (Ps. 50:19).
