On the Prayers of Saint John Chrysostom

How should you read the little prayers of Saint Chrysostom? (24 in the evening prayers before sleep.) Read them before your prayer book, so that your attention gathers together. But also recite them mentally at any time. This is the best way to train yourself in remembrance of God; and this remembrance is the foundation of spiritual life. Make waist-deep bows, and sometimes full prostrations.
