Afterword
When a company has chastity, obedience, order, and martial valor, it becomes terrible to its adversaries… The same ought to be the case with us in warfare against the demons, yet it is not, because we do not array ourselves against them together, but against one another—together with them. We ought to marvel not that we are defeated, but still more that, doing nothing to secure victory, we nonetheless desire to conquer.
