Commonitorium, Chapter 7

¹ Chapter 7. But those who persist in the same insolence and tyranny, and are unwilling to come together into the unity of the Church and of the brethren, nor to preserve the bond of love, after two or three admonitions from you and from the holy synod, declare them out of communion, and cut them off from every ecclesiastical order, until they are united to their own patriarch and to the Church under him.
