The Essence of Christian Life—to Stand With the Mind in the Heart Before God and From There Govern Everything Within Oneself

The essence of Christian life consists in standing with the mind in the heart before God in the Lord Jesus Christ, by the grace of the Holy Spirit, and, governing from there all inner movements and all outer actions, turning everything in oneself—both small and great—into service to the Triune God, having offered yourself to Him completely in consciousness and freedom.
