Artistic Technique of Prayer is Not Suitable for Everyone

All the practices of which one reads (to sit, to bow)... or the artistic technique of this prayer is not suitable for everyone and without a present teacher is dangerous. It is better not to attempt any of it. One practice is universally binding: ‘to stand in attention in the heart.’ Everything else is extraneous and does not lead to the work. (6, 17)
