Let the Mind Labor Seated in the Heart

You for the most part live in the head, and descend into the heart only when head-work stirs up some feeling. But it should be the opposite: be always in the heart, and completely forsake the head; if there arises need, by the requirements of spiritual life, to labor with the mind, let it then labor while seated in the heart.
