Spiritual Warmth

Grace-filled warmth is a special thing, and it is properly spiritual... It is separated from the flesh, and in the body produces no noticeable changes, and is witnessed by a subtle sweet sensation. By these sensations anyone can easily discern and distinguish the warmth... This each one should do; an outsider has no place or business here... Direct all your attention to spiritual actions and sensations. They will pass through the soul and body like a pleasant morning coolness. (7, 66)
